What Will We Do?

On the surface it may seem we are making a commitment of time and to time, then we may come to understand we are breaking through time and becoming more…more connected, more grounded, more alive, more soft and sharp, releasing the grip and race of time and feeling more a part of, part of our core selves, our choices, our true nature, our environments, our relationships, part of more, and less other things, like less pressured, less disjointed, less succumbed, less processed, in 10 minutes, and… the more and less fills in the rest as only will yet discover.

We are under the umbrella of Za Zen's Backward Step. What is that? I'll share it with you.

We'll break it down into 3 verbs, 3 nouns.

Our 3+3 combine to grow our awareness.

Do, Be, Integrate: Stillness, Space, Self = 10 minutes, and....

We will companion Stillness: How to DO stillness, how to Be stillness and how to be in stillness. You will then INTEGRATE this relationship with stillness your way into your inner and outer life.

We will explore Space, inner and outer. Your relationship with Space may transform or move around and become less and more, internally and externally.

We will engage Self, the I Am. Your inner alter, sense of being and knowing, Self may widen, ground, dissolve (Zen), home.

Our goal is to have this guided time to increase calm, presence, connection throughout your day, by committing to a few minutes a day of something different.
