I’m so grateful to Birdi. She has helped me many times in the past, and most recently, with some very challenging events in my life. I felt like I was drowning in my world, but she was able to bring me back to land. She has provided me with techniques to use when I’m beginning to feel ungrounded and overwhelmed. I know I have challenges coming up, but after my session with Birdi, I feel more prepared to face them.
